Shipping Policy

We use Royal Mail to ship all of our wine - the bottles are packed here on the vineyard and taken up to St Martin's Stores where they are sent across to St Mary's by boat and then on to Lands End by air. From there, the wine makes its onward journey to your door!

Shipping costs are charged at £5.50 for 1 bottle; £11 flat rate for 2-4 bottles; £15 for 5-6 bottles; £24 for 7-12 bottles and £32 for 12 bottles or more - this will be added at the checkout

All of our bottles are dispatched safely packed in recyclable plastic-free materials - these are the Hex-Flex bottle protectors which are a novel expandable honey-comb sleeve which surrounds the bottle and can be fully recycled after delivery.

Orders are processed as soon as they are received and we aim to have the wine dispatched to you within 1-2 days. When the seas are too rough, or weather conditions such as fog or crosswinds ground the planes, there may be occasional delays in delivery, but these occur only rarely and we will update you if this happens!

Please note that all costs are based on shipping within the UK - however we would be delighted to send our wine to you wherever you are in the world. If you would like to purchase our wine for delivery overseas, please contact us directly for a shipping quotation.

If your order does not arrive within seven days of the email confirming dispatch, or if the item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us immediately.
