Amazingly these are often the times when we experience our best weather and certainly we enjoy longer days!!

The view from the cottage.

Both sleep 4 in twin and double bed rooms. The cottage provides more spacious accomodation. Both enjoy the use of large secluded gardens.

We have tried to balance a cosy cottage style ambience, as in the lounge, with a modern practical approach, as in the large kitchen/diner - which we hope will suit the discerning visitor.

Comfort, cleanliness and a warm welcome are our top priorities.

The cottage and the chalet have stunning views to the South overlooking Highertown Bay to the uninhabited Eastern Isles, and are just 2 minutes from the nearest beaches.

Both properties have been recently refurbished and the cottage has a 4 star rating.

We have a large communal area where washing lines, paved patio with BBQ are to be found and private gardens containing garden furniture.

Our self catering properties are in the village of Highertown where you are spoilt for choice!

Here we have the Post office and well stocked general stores, a craft bakery, a fish and chip cafe, Tea Room/Gardens and a bistro.

We overlook The Highertown Quay where boats run regularly to and from the other islands.

For the more artistic there is a gallery in the village and at Lowertown - a 20 minute stroll away there is a jewellery maker.

The Sevenstones Inn is also located at Lowertown and has recently come under new ownership and will be open for the new season.

We also have brand new community centre which boasts a large sports hall, gym and well stocked reading room/quiet area.

There is both a Church and Methodist Chapel in Highertown, and a postal flower service.

Finally of course, your stay would not be complete without a visit to our own vineyard and shop, where we run tours and tastings. The 2015 vintage shows promise!

Some of our guests choose to spend a day of "hands on " with us, and particularly enjoy harvest time.

Tariffs are all inclusive of electricity, and bedding. We also meet you at the St. Martin's Quay and there is a welcome pack of tea, coffee etc.

We can also deliver groceries to your accommodation ready for your arrival, should you wish to pre order from our Island Stores. (a list of available items can be provided)
